SAYYAS (stock code 301227. SZ) is China's first listed energy-saving window enterprise and a manufacturer of aluminum-clad wood, aluminum alloy and UPVC window and door systems. Founded in 1998, we pioneered German-engineered aluminum-clad wood windows, timber inside and aluminum outside, and coined the term, helping establish it as a choice recommended by national energy-efficiency policy. Our share of China's aluminum-clad wood window market exceeds 20%; Revenue has grown 22.65% a year compounded since 1999; And industry association data ranks us first in production scale and market sales for many consecutive years.

SCALE AND STRUCTURE
We employ around 1, 400 people and hold total assets of about RMB 2.15 billion; Five holding subsidiaries and three branches form an integrated chain from R&D to supply.

MANUFACTURING FOOTPRINT
Two headquarters and three major production bases occupy 33 hectares with over 200, 000 sqm of built area, including the aluminum-clad wood main plant that holds the Guinness World Record as The World's Largest Passive Factory, a smart aluminum window plant in Nanjing, a dual-carbon UPVC plant in Harbin, and our own laminated timber, glass and aluminum profile facilities. Annual capacity is about 600, 000 sqm, rising above 1, 000, 000 sqm once current investment projects reach full production.

MANUFACTURING AND DELIVERY
A custom aluminum-clad wood window involves 108 process steps and hundreds of thousands of material codes. Our digitalized plants source materials and equipment from over 40 countries, combining German, Italian, Austrian and Swiss machinery with hundreds of in-house machines. Design and production are synchronized and every unit is traceable through its lifecycle. Owning our timber and glass bases makes us one of the few manufacturers able to deliver mass customization: Hundreds of options, large volumes and short lead times.

R&D AND CERTIFICATION
SAYYAS holds 421 patents and has helped draft more than ten industry and municipal energy-efficiency standards, investing over RMB 99 million in R&D from 2023 to 2025. We are a Torch Program high-tech enterprise, a National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise and a China Well-known Trademark, and were named a Heilongjiang Manufacturing Hidden Champion (2021), a National Green Factory (2024) and a 5G Factory by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (2025).

PASSIVE HOUSE EXPERTISE
Windows are the largest point of heat loss in a building and drive roughly 45-50% of building energy consumption, so window performance decides whether a low-carbon building works. We built China's first PHI-certified passive window in 2012 and its first PHI-certified passive curtain wall, the SCW60, in 2015. We now hold 21 PHI-certified products, and our Class A certificates represent 47% of all certified external windows in China; Over 300, 000 sqm of our passive windows serve more than 100 passive building projects. Our products also carry NFRC and NAMI certification in the United States, CSA in Canada and WERS in Australia.

PROJECT REFERENCES
To date we have served more than 1, 500 engineering projects and over a million end users, exporting to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and other markets. Clients include Vanke, Evergrande, Poly, China Overseas, Sino-Ocean, Greentown and Landsea, alongside projects such as Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark and the Jinweidu passive building.
